About
Rizzi TGO Style Study is a small editorial desk in Rotterdam. We research style-led products — bags, outerwear, footwear, small leather goods, and the desk and travel objects that sit around them — and we publish scored purchase checks written by people who ordered the item, opened the parcel and used it.
The site was founded in 2021 by Nadia Verhoeven, who had spent a decade writing about materials and construction for consumer magazines and wanted a place where a purchase check could be finished properly: one product, one bench, one comparison table, one dated score. The first six months produced eleven reviews and a shelf of reference items. That shelf is now the backbone of the desk.
We are four people. Nadia runs the desk and writes the long checks. Tom Ashcroft handles the review calendar, the scoring sheets and the comparison tables. Priya Raman runs the research side — supplier documentation, material claims, price tracking and the retest queue. A part-time desk assistant logs parcels and keeps the reference shelf in order.
We buy at retail. Parcels arrive at the Rotterdam desk, are opened at the bench with a timestamped log, and stay in their tray until the write-up is filed. Our testing notes record what we measured, what we wore or carried, and how long the order took to arrive. Scores use a five-point scale, written as X / 5. Featured products come back for a retest every 12 months.
The site is funded by affiliate commission on some of the links we publish. That arrangement is described in our affiliate disclosure, and the scoring sheet is completed before any link is added to a review.

How I test
Nadia starts with the research file, approves the order, and books the bench slot. She opens parcels herself when the item is a bag or a coat, takes the close-range material notes, and writes the comparison table commentary after Tom's scoring sheet is complete. She signs the sheet, then drafts.
