Nadia starts with the research file, approves the order, and books the bench slot. She opens parcels herself when the item is a bag or a coat, takes the close-range material notes, and writes the comparison table commentary after Tom's scoring sheet is complete. She signs the sheet, then drafts.

Tom builds the comparison table first, picking one reference item at a similar price and one above it. He runs the fit and use period, records abrasion and closure behaviour, then completes the five-point scoring sheet item by item before any drafting starts.

Priya opens a research file before an order is placed: composition, listed dimensions, price history, retail channels and any supplier claim that needs a check at the bench. After publication she schedules the retest date and flags material changes for the follow-up cycle.
